Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have ignited a rumours of dating after they were spotted enjoying a night outing together in Soho, London, on Valentine’s Day.
Following this, a source, who is close to the couple, candidly discussed with US Magazine about their relationship, noting, “It’s very private, they are protecting themselves from the intense media scrutiny.”
They said, “She (Armas) doesn’t like the public attention.”
Referring to their previous outing, the insider told the outlet, “They’ve gone out on some dates and it’s very low-key. It’s in the early stages and he’s been courting her.”
Moreover, the source revealed that their ‘relationship developed’ through a Hollywood circle meet-up and the couple’s mutual friend, Penélope Cruz, showed support for their ‘budding relationship’.
For those unversed, Cruz and Cruise dated from 2001 to 2004, but they remained friends and the Mission Impossible star and de Armas starred in 2019’s Wasp Network.
“Penelope put in a good word for her both personally and professionally,” the insider lauded.
